Specification Assistance

We believe that having a complete and thorough specification package attached to your builders contract greatly assists in a mutually satisfactory project outcome.

Whether doing a kitchen or bath remodel, addition or building a new home, it is vital that you spell out exactly the materials, brands, colors and level of finish that you are expecting.

With any project the plans alone are not enough. By listing as much detail as possible you will decrease the chances of misunderstanding or disappointment. DMCC will work with you to create a comprehensive specification list. If you are using an architect we will assist in communication gaps that sometimes exist between builder and the design team.

A complete specification package will keep “change orders” to a minimum.

Our on site progress inspections will ensure that you are getting the materials that we specified at the agreed upon price.
